I am a woman, creatrix, and lover of the living earth. My work is devoted to feminine-based yoga practices that honour nature, intuition, and the innate wisdom of the body. I am the founder of Earthwise – School of Yoga & Feminine Embodiment which in based in Ireland, a space rooted in earth-honouring traditions, somatic awareness, and embodied spirituality.

Through my work, I support women to reconnect with their bodies as sacred landscapes—places of power, pleasure, and deep knowing.
My training spans a range of holistic and embodied modalities including Yoga, Ayurveda, Kundalini Bodywork,  Sacred Body Awakening, Sexual Wellness & Women’s Health. These  weave together throughout all my offerings, which include Yoga Teacher Trainings, retreats, and one-to-one sessions in bodywork and energy healing.

As an intuitive and energy worker, my personal gifts infuse all that I offer. My work is guided by sensitivity, presence, and a deep listening to the subtle realms of the body and soul. I am the creator of Womb Medicine Yoga Teacher Training, Sensual Embodiment Yoga Teacher Training, and Feminine Roots Yoga Teacher Training—each a reclamation of yoga as a living, feminine, earth-based practice.

I’ve dedicated my life to the healing arts and have been working full-time in holistic health since 2003. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2005, and in 2012 I created Earthwise as a space to share the practices that have truly changed my life. I’ve had the opportunity to learn from so many incredible teachers medicine women and men over the years, but the person who has shaped me the most is my friend and mentor Rachel Jackson. Rachel is a Mystic, Seer & teacher of the Feminine Mysteries. Rachel’s generosity, wisdom, and personal insights have supported & guided me into becoming the person I am today.

I’m also deeply grateful to her and to all my teachers—Iris Lican, Aleithia Sophia, Trish Cameron (Lightning Star), Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Nikki Darrell,  Angie Twydall, Louise Crockcart, Chinamasta Stiles, Elliot Saxby, Katie Silcox, and many others—whose teachings continue to inspire me every day.
