Earthwise Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1st May 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services, programs, retreats, trainings, and offerings provided by Earthwise, operated by Clara Doyle ("the Organiser", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing, booking, or participating in any Earthwise offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Earthwise provides a range of personal development and embodiment-based services, including but not limited to:

  • Retreats (group and/or residential)

  • Teacher trainings and immersive programs

  • Workshops and group experiences

  • 1:1 sessions (coaching, embodiment, or mentoring)

  • Online programs and digital offerings

All services are intended for educational, personal development, and experiential purposes only.

2. Nature of Services (Important Disclaimer)

Earthwise offerings may include:

  • Somatic and embodiment practices

  • Movement, breathwork, and body-based awareness

  • Emotional expression and relational exercises

  • Exploration of sensual or intimate energy

  • Optional partner-based practices (including consensual touch)

  • Optional experiences involving partial nudity

These services:

  • Are not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counselling

  • Do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions

You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support where needed.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only once payment (deposit or full amount) has been received.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Full payment must be made by the stated deadline.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in loss of your place without refund.

By making a payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Retreats & In-Person Programs

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • If the full balance has been paid, no refunds will be issued.

  • If your place is filled by another participant, a partial refund may be offered at the organiser’s discretion, minus administrative costs.

Trainings & Programs

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.

  • Your place represents a committed space regardless of attendance or completion.

Digital Offerings

  • Refunds may be offered in accordance with EU consumer law where applicable, provided the product has not been accessed or downloaded.

You are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Transfers

  • Bookings are not transferable to another person or offering unless agreed in writing.

  • Any approved transfers may incur an administrative fee.

6. Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for:

  • Booking their own travel and flights

  • Ensuring valid passports, visas, and documentation

  • Obtaining adequate travel insurance, including:

    • cancellation

    • medical expenses

    • personal injury

    • loss of belongings

    • travel disruption

Earthwise is not liable for travel-related issues.

7. Health, Fitness & Personal Responsibility

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate

  • You have disclosed any relevant medical or psychological conditions

  • You will seek professional advice if needed

You agree that:

  • You participate at your own risk

  • You are fully responsible for your wellbeing, choices, and boundaries

8. Consent, Boundaries & Conduct

Earthwise is a consent-based, respectful environment.

You agree that:

  • Participation is always voluntary

  • You may opt out of any exercise at any time

  • You will clearly communicate your boundaries

  • You will obtain explicit consent before any physical contact

  • You will respect the autonomy and boundaries of others

Consent must be:

  • Freely given

  • Informed

  • Ongoing

  • Reversible at any time

9. Touch, Intimacy & Professional Boundaries

You acknowledge that:

  • Some practices may involve consensual, structured touch

  • Partner exercises may include proximity and interaction

  • Partial nudity may be invited but is always optional

You agree that:

  • No sexual activity or advances are permitted

  • All interaction must remain within the facilitated container

  • Any breach of these boundaries may result in immediate removal without refund

10. Emotional & Psychological Awareness

You understand that:

  • Participation may evoke strong emotional or psychological responses

  • You are responsible for assessing your readiness

Earthwise is not responsible for:

  • Emotional processing beyond the scope of the program

  • Ongoing psychological support

11. Confidentiality

You agree to:

  • Respect the privacy of all participants

  • Not share personal stories or identities outside the space

  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment

12. Changes to Offerings

Earthwise reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • Schedules

  • Locations

  • Facilitators

  • Activities

  • Accommodation

These changes may occur due to circumstances beyond our control or in service of the group experience.

13. Cancellation by the Organiser

If Earthwise cancels a program:

  • You will receive a refund of payments made to Earthwise

  • We are not responsible for additional expenses (e.g. flights, accommodation, insurance)

14. Force Majeure

Earthwise is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Political instability

  • Travel disruptions

  • Venue closures

Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed.

15. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including:

  • Physical injury

  • Emotional release or discomfort

  • Interpersonal sensitivity

  • Psychological stress

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for these risks.

16. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Earthwise and Clara Doyle are not liable for:

    • injury

    • illness

    • emotional distress

    • loss or damage of property

You agree to release and hold harmless:

  • Clara Doyle

  • Earthwise

  • Any facilitators, staff, or collaborators

from any claims arising from your participation.

17. Right to Refuse or Remove Participants

Earthwise reserves the right to:

  • Refuse participation

  • Remove any participant acting outside agreed boundaries

This includes behaviour that compromises:

  • Safety

  • Consent

  • Group integrity

Removal may occur without refund.

18. Photography & Media

Photographs or videos may be taken during events for promotional use.

By attending, you consent to:

  • Being included in such content

If you prefer not to appear, you must inform the organiser in advance.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

20. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any Earthwise offering, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms

  • You agree to be bound by them

  • You take full responsibility for your participation
