Hello,

Person touching water in a natural rocky pool, creating ripples, with sunlight reflecting on the water.
I'm Clara
A woman in a long dress is sitting on a curved stone wall outdoors, with a body of water and hillside town in the background.

Founder and lead teacher at Earthwise. I’ve been working in holistic health for over 18 years. My work centres around feminine-based yoga practices that honour nature, intuition, and the innate wisdom of the body.

My training spans a range of holistic and embodied modalities including Yoga, Ayurveda, Kundalini Bodywork, Sacred Body Awakening, Sexual Wellness & Women’s Health.

I have devoted my life to creating specialised trainings, retreats and one to one offerings, which honour and awaken the
Divine Feminine.

“It is my deepest intention that her presence is awakened within the heart of each individual, and that this devotion becomes a living force, guiding new ways of being in the world, ways founded in reverence, wisdom, and devotion to the Goddess”

What Others Say About Earthwise...
  • “Choosing the 200-hour Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher Training at Earthwise was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The space is beautiful, peaceful and grounding, and every teacher brings unique knowledge and experience. Shakti opened the deeper philosophy of yoga and the importance of self-care, while Sarah’s understanding of anatomy and movement is incredible. Rachel introduced Ayurveda in a way that showed how perfectly it complements yoga. This training introduced me to pranayama, meditation, philosophy and daily self-care practices that have truly changed my life. I also met an amazing group of people and made lifelong friends. The biggest lesson I’m taking away is the importance of self-love.”
